  2. Personalized Recommendations: Suggestions based on user input are not exhaustive. Results vary based on individual health, effort, and lifestyle. No guarantees are made regarding fitness, weight, or sleep outcomes.

  3. Risk of Injury: Physical activities guided by the Service carry inherent risks. Consult a healthcare provider before starting to ensure suitability, especially for heart rate or exercise tracking. We are not liable for injuries or adverse effects.

  4. No Medical Advice: The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician for health concerns before using features like heart rate or sleep tracking.

  5. AI-Powered Tools: AI-generated fitness or wellness suggestions are for informational purposes, used at your own risk. We may process interactions to improve the Service.

  6. Your Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for using the Service and any outcomes. Verify information with professionals before acting on it.

If you experience adverse symptoms, stop using the Service and seek medical attention. No physician-patient relationship is established.

Registration and Eligibility

Subscriptions

  2. Trial Subscriptions: A 3-day free trial is available for premium features. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan, and your payment method will be charged for the selected subscription term (monthly or annual) at the applicable rate.

  3. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew, with charges processed 24 hours before the term ends. Fees may change with notice provided via the Service or website.

  4. Billing: You authorize charges to your payment method for the subscription fee after the 3-day free trial and for subsequent renewals. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

  5. Refunds: Refund eligibility varies by platform (App Store, Google Play, or website). For promotional challenges, refunds require submission of the email confirmation of your subscription purchase as proof, submitted within 30 days via the support section at https://dolceresetapp.online. UK/EU consumers may have additional rights under local consumer laws, including the right to cancel within 14 days of subscription start, subject to waiver upon immediate access.

Your Use of the Service

You warrant that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, are at least 18, provide accurate information, and will use the Service lawfully. Prohibited uses include:

  1. Developing competing products.

  2. Disrupting or damaging the Service.

  3. Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Limited License to the Service

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-commercial license to use the Service for personal purposes. All content is proprietary, and no ownership rights are transferred.

License to User-Generated Content
